At Samuel Hubbard, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your fit. If you are not perfectly happy with your purchase, we offer free returns and exchanges on unworn footwear within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back for a refund or exchange.

Print Your Label

Once your request is submitted, a prepaid UPS shipping label will be generated; simply print it out and attach it to your original shipping box.

Package Your Shoes

Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and drop the package off at any authorized UPS location.

Receive Your Refund

After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
